Compared to coke or Pepsi, the workload with Dr pepper can be huge, since it all depends on the salesman writing good orders. With drp, the salesman doesn't merch. Only the merch does. Some order for the commission, rather than store demand. Also lowest paying out of the 3, with the longest hours.

Pay industry rate at a minimum rather than low ball salary

Total comp is "market competitve" whatever that means as they dont share how they arrived at it. Medical is terrible for a bif company and everything else is robustly average. The equity benifit is ok but it encourges shorterm thinking rather than producing long term benifits.

I do feel undervalued, we work really hard, and a lot of employees that deserve recognition don't get it. There's some really hard working people at our plant that deserve much more appreciation, even just a "hey you're doing great I like how you.." or "hey you could use some work in this area"
