Keurig Dr Pepper Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Team supervisors are very friendly, responsive, understanding and helpful. District managers are great too at my location. To anyone above that, you're insignificant trash.

They could stand to implemet 360 reciews and maybe they would find their blind spots andcsee where they are really loosing money. They could also stand be a lot more transparent . Make anonymous suverys actually annonymous. Extend the equity share benif below the director level.

The CEO is blind to the culture issues within KDP. The COO leads from a position of fear and is verbally abusive and that leadership trickles down.

I question why they call them managers. They rely on the rumor mill to resolve issues in the field. Have seen some problems resolved by what sales people refer to as “the $100 handshake “
