Keurig Dr Pepper Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people who work on the team.

Willing to help and listen

Cambio de supervisora Lucila Morales

People compassion pay understanding fair

The employees treat each other as people.

The ability to have fun while at work

The are hard working and commited.

My team is constantly trying to assist each other. This leads to very peaceful days even when in crunch

One person is great at his job, he works hard, has vision, gives input and will listen carefully. Also, they all show up to meetings on time

Honest and communication between all of us. Teamwork as well just makes it easier

Review from Sales Dept

we work as a team

They are willing to work if the work makes sense

The effort they put forth

Too many meetings that are too long and not very productive. Would be better to have few better meeting with clear objectives established before hand. Most meetings tend to be ad hoc in my experince and amied at placating the exutive crisis of the day.

They pick you up when you down

They are driven, and are winners!

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone works hard and tries their beat. But when we get no support from back up merch manager, sales mamagers pretty much the leaders, it makes it harder on us.

Willing to work towards common goal

I have a very diverse team

They are always wanting to learn somthing new

Review from Sales Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I hardly meet any coworkers

RESPECT, Communication, Help, Caring, Understanding of New People, not feeling like just a number thag can be replaced.

A stronger leader who has done the jobs of myself and coworkers, who commuicates issues and stragetizes how to solve them.

Communication is nearly nonexistent; education on handling diversity is needed

Everyone needs to worry about there own work and not others! Self accountability at all levels of workers

They just need to do their jobs and everything would be great.

Theres lack of commitment, there's no team environment, no one goes above and beyond because in the end they get rewards-like even the raises with the ones that really put efforts working hard

Motivation! The team needs motivation! They need someone to tell them what they're work actually means to the company, how it effects other people and so on.

We work pretty well together

Review from Product Dept

Support and collaboration would be more welcomed. Instead it is a toxic environment, many are out for themselves and use every opportunity to undercut women.

Taking better care of equipment they operate

Keeping their mouths shut and out of others business

Review from Product Dept

Commutation and pay rate for employees

Review from Sales Dept

Teamwork. And working constantly at a fast pace so they are not slowing the whole team down

Review from Operations Dept

Communication! If some of them would actually show up for work, that would be helpful

Review from Sales Dept

Improve their attendance. Make an effort to complete the required tasks. Lose the "it's not my job" attitudes.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to stop skipping cooler stock
