Old school managment needs to go. Putting in lots of face time at the office and managing up is the only way to get ahead here. You waste lot of your time appeasing your higher ups. Random regors are also cery stressfule. They happen all the time and your never sure where you will fall.
Come out and see the people we are working with and trying to sell to
People need to talk and communicate to each other, people need to start caring about the job and the lines they're working, it really is just a motivation issue, I used to love going to work it was such a positive place, now it's gone so downhill...
