
As a merch I travel between 3-4 stores a day, and I like that. I can't stand being in the same place all day. Moving around gives the illusion of freedom and flexibility.

DP is a great company, what makes it bad is the management, they don't get involved on anything therefore they base their solutions on what bad supervisors (no experience, no knowledge, with friends that they want to favor) tell them. People that aren't in the circle of friendship don't grow in DP

Failure to discipline / deal with non productive employees. Attendance issues are the biggest problem. The current policy is too lenient and needs to be revamped. Let people go if they are not a good fit for the company. It's a business and not a charity. You do no one a favor by retaining failures.
