
Turnover is very high, so we're constantly understaffed and that builds a strong sense of community among the survivors who stick it out. Idk if that's a good thing or not

Too many meetings that are too long and not very productive. Would be better to have few better meeting with clear objectives established before hand. Most meetings tend to be ad hoc in my experince and amied at placating the exutive crisis of the day.
