Literally change all the managers. Most of them are there because they're friends with Cindy Mercado or some other Senior Manager. That's really messed up. Some managers do a terrible job IF they even do any, and there's people that deserve and need a job like that.

We feel comfortable talking to each other, we are more friends than co-workers and we're never afraid of reachinf out to each other. However, there's people in other shifts that also look down on us and talk badly about us behind our backs. We don't interact with those.

It would make me feel better if when I asked for a DESERVED raise, I would get it without hesitation. I asked my "manager" for a raise and he started talking to someone else about how I didn't deserve it because I had just bought new AirPods. Lol.

the "team leaders" are always stomping on our work and are very manipulative. The "managers" don't take the time to do their work and talk to us directly, they blindly trust a person that manipulates them and literally steals money from the company and they call them team lead
