
I had a good start with the company however as I am on my second year now I see things differently. I do not understand the concept of not being allowed to work from home specially for special occasions such as Christmas and New Year. it would be nice to be allowed so that we can be with our family.

Undervalued because I feel like I am doing so much and I do not even get anything in return i.e recognition. I would feel better about my compensation better if we get a yearly increase.

Filing a leave is as stressful as it can get. Leaves gets approve a bit late even if you file it 2 weeks prior to the dates requested. I am tasked to do work that I am not even compensated for e.g. training floaters every two months. I highly believe I should be compensated for it.
