Pros. Work is repetitive. Workmates are healthy to be around. Salary are given advance sometimes. Cons: Dead end job if you are not visible to upper man. No yearly increase. No incentive if you are assigned to demanding accnts. HR gen should do better with our leave inquiry.

If only they would consider an option of yearly increase an incentive to all and not just per client approval so that people would feel valued with their effort of staying with the company. This would also decrease attrition as employee will look forward to some reason to stay.

It's demotivating to be assigned to accounts that has fast paced work load then seeing others who you have the same pay grade only work 3 days or less and has a chill work load. It's unfair. It would be best to have incentives if you were assigned to stressful accnts.
