My team is excellent but not every team is created equal. The can be obvious disconnects in company culture when teams interact. What is valued, what are the expectations when interacting personally, and are employees valued for how they are who what they contribute.

Meetings should happen in conference rooms. Open office spaces should promote easy access to productive collaboration--too often, what happens instead is the ongoing disruption of concentration of everyone in the room. If the tone of the meeting was negative, that tends to "hang" over the room.
