Staffed appropriately that people can have a meaningful work-life balance. Staffed competently so that no-one is "the only person who can do that thing". Appreciates results but also knows how to have fun.

There's clear favoritism shown by leadership for certain departments, and that in turn engenders a culture of department-centrism and at times hinders communication and collaboration.

Teams work great, it's where teams meet other teams that things fall apart. Interteam communication and getting things from other teams can be a nightmare.

My team is excellent but not every team is created equal. The can be obvious disconnects in company culture when teams interact. What is valued, what are the expectations when interacting personally, and are employees valued for how they are who what they contribute.

Some meetings become more about review instead of future goals.

Meetings should happen in conference rooms. Open office spaces should promote easy access to productive collaboration--too often, what happens instead is the ongoing disruption of concentration of everyone in the room. If the tone of the meeting was negative, that tends to "hang" over the room.
