There is an environment of acceptance, but I like how there is no need to discuss religion, politics, or other matters. Conversation stays on work topics usually, which is my preference.

Less process/bureaucracy slowing everything down. Real vision to profitability not just "i guess we have to rebuild everything". Respect employees more than nonsense benefits like 'mental health apps' and online painting classes? Who has time for that when we are struggling to deliver products!

The company needs to sell the product as it actually exists instead of selling features that don't exist and committing development teams to impossible timelines without consultation. It's impossible to do a good job when you're being told to cut corners everywhere.

Continue the shift away from the focus on YoY growth and customer satisfaction as the only metrics that matter for the PS team. It results in the burden of management mistakes being put on the project analysts/teams to cover for badly scoped projects and any of the numerous product bugs.
