I love the people I work with, I love the mission of the company and the overall products we sell...at times, we are too internally focused with too many meetings and not quick to make decisions but it feels like with new leadership, we are making some needed changes.

Management team is completely disconnected with the people "on the ground". Everything is rosy when they present but the company and the people executing are struggling to keep up with the work and they do not feel that the management team is stepping in where needed.

I'm not sure HR understands my role fully (and updates to my job description/title seem to take way too long). With the trimming of staff and roles not being backfilled, workloads are at a max and responsibilities don't allow for you to be an expert or stay ahead of tasks and be more strategic.

The company building has a good climate, good light, quality furniture, different areas for different ways of working. All colleagues from all kind of departments are helpful. Communication is key!! And every shift is lacking on it in production! It would be nice if everyone were given the change to get promoted instead of just giving the favorites chances to new promotions. Like I mentioned before, it's who you know and not what you know!
