Management should be more positive, but they work the managers an excessive amount of hours. Many of the managers say they typically go a whole month without a day off.

Lot of demands by guests that most must be meeting that doesn't really need to be met. Makes it hard for some to keep up or be able to stay positive. Better pay would help considering the competitors Lowe's and Home Depot PAY WAY BETTER
