What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was different than average cause I told them I was going to Home Depot after this to get an appilcation. I was hired on the spot. I've been there two and a half years now. This will probably give me away. I used to be full time until i got cancer.

The managers that interviewed me were kind, and they had multiple members of management sit in on the interview.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Potential employees need to know upfront if there will be more than one interview. Orientation needs to be the full length not cut by one and a half hours

To have a private room to shut out the noise to talk to people.
