We all come from different backgrounds.
My team works exceptionally hard and even they see how unfairly department heads are treated at our location so much so they have no desire to advance

The people I work with are genuine down to earth hardworking good people. I've never had an issue with coworkers only upper management.

Some work together and as far as manager's Nobody follows the policy I have seen sexual harassment and the person still there
They smile and try to interact briefly when they can.
Everyone communicates and looks forward to seeing each other, willing to help one another.
Non-management co-workers are great people.

They need to be trained better thats all. However the managers dont train them i had to.

Stop calling off and work your shifts
More open communication And team work
The employees are allowed to complete tasks that they like and the tasks that they deem below them or difficult they typically don't do and are not made to by department manager.
They need to work faster and stop being bossy others around
Co workers have it together its corporate that has lost sight of the mission
some departments don't even have the required meetings.
Stop gossiping and put all their work on someone else.

I wish my co-workers were a bit more friendly. They can be a bit intimidating and make me feel inadequate because I am not familiar with everything in the store.

Managers with knowledge and leadership too many managers have no idea on what it takes to train people or inspire employees

More is needed to keep them up not one every 6 months
Stay home when sick so others that are easily acceptable to viruses don't get as ill. Communicate better from Front End to Cashier to Cart guys.
