It has been quite frustrating in ways that really shouldn't be necessary... The company can't seem to get on the same page with each other and expectations seem unrealistic when the problem starts at the top and trickles down, where the sales associates take the brunt of customers dissatisfaction.

It's been awhile but overall it wasn't bad... They are pretty desperate at getting part time employees and trying to retain employees but don't seem to be able to over time.

The leadership such as the managerial positions. I've seen a lot of managers come and go and have only met a few that I could connect with... The managers that are hired have been subpar on average and lack emotional intelligence and lack interpersonal skills.

Communication and leadership skills... A true leader gets on the floor and leads by example in a respectful manner. It doesn't seem as though the leadership advocates much for their employees and at times aren't very consistently approachable. Assumptions can also be made before asking questions.

As I've mentioned, the leadership is what needs to be improved... Interpersonal skills and more focus on a team approach. The company cannot manage to get accurate planograms and make the work for employees that much more frustrating. The leadership also threatens employees with getting credit cards
