I've been at my company for over a year and am still making under the starting wage that was advertised. I'd feel better if my request for a raise was not declined.

We all have different personality types that allow us to collaborate and do our job the best we can. I had the chance to receive training from everyone on my team, so I got to see multiple approaches and pick what's best for me.

We like to be involved in the company by joining different teams and taking advantage of our perks together like going to the gym, yoga, classes, games during lunch, etc. Everyone is also so nice, which is rare in a company with this number of employees.

MISUMI cares about the employees and goes out of its way to ensure our wellbeing. Townhall days are also fun because we get to take the time to learn about different employees, including their lives outside of work. The people are so positive, which really boosts morale.
