Very quickly learned Management does not care. They fire employees then the work is absorbed by 1-2 people on top of their workload. The president announced in a townhall that changes are coming and many of us will be unhappy/uncomfortable with the changes. Very disappointed with this company.

Micromanaged, Questioned at every turn. Asked what I need to do to get promoted, then told there is no direct way. I was told do work outside of working hours (I am a hourly employee) and that if I do enough work I will then be able to hope I get seen enough to be promoted everyone quitting or fired

Again, Actually LISTEN to employees complaints and do something about it. Don't wait until people put their 2 weeks in to give them a raise and offer them change in position if they are clearly unhappy. Reward hard work, Don't just give more hard work.

My coworkers (Excluding management and "leadership"). There isn't much culture as we are consistently watched to be sure we don't hold "Long" Conversations. Lately Signs even went up to make sure the office is a quiet zone. It doesn't leave much room to develop a comfortable work environment.

They Need to actually care about what the employees need. Put employees first, employees will be happier and more productive. Then they will naturally bring in more customers and make customers happier. But employees have been shown many times that the company does not actually care about them.

Management needs retraining or to step down. They stand in the way of progress constantly. They have been making it harder for me to do my job effectively. Instead of doing anything interesting I have been doing repetitive work that gets essentially torn up because of the tiniest details.

I have taken on work of several employees. Some of which were higher positions. I have not received any kind of recognition, pay, or position change because of this even though my workload is about 70% outside my job description. During my review, None of the extra work was even acknowledged.

They Need to actually listen to their employees. I heard during an exit interview HR said "We don't know why people are leaving" this was shortly after they released the poor responses of the Pulse check survey. Nothing has seemed to change since they released the survey results. Falls on deaf ears.

Way underpaid. With the new laws in Illinois I am able to see pay ranges of other companies. out of 45 job descriptions, I was paid less than all of the minimum that they are offering for similar roles. Pay more. Benefits and bonus do not count towards wages. we pay for benefits. Bonus not guaranted
