I am a captain at one of the MOD stores located in Pennsylvania. I can surely say this is one of the funnest jobs I have ever had. I do not exactly enjoy coming in each day because of how short staffed we are. I would be more less stressed out if I felt we were getting paid our worth.

I feel undervalued because we take on really tough crowds at times and some of the smaller town stores get affected by this easily. If everyone felt they were getting paid their worth, these day would not affect our workers and that would not negitvely affect the business aspect.
