Management seems to care very much about your well being and feelings. They've made it their mission to make sure people feel heard and that the company mission and direction are expressed openly and honestly each week.

They seem to want to change if you directly engage them, but it is met with lots of push back and questioning- which is reasonable but annoying and makes me not want to give feedback.
