What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity is fair and i have a lot of hope for it.
My stock benefits are pretty good. Everything else is pretty standard.

My compensation package is good enough that I don't really have to think about it and can focus on the work -- but not good enough that I can retire today. That's probably the right balance...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Me and colleagues all report feeling we are paid below market value and subject to game industry crunch. There is huge gaps in compensation between mid level and senior level employees.
Compared to similar offers that I have seen from other companies, my Niantic offer was lower. I negotiated up a bit in my offer but its still lower than other companies in the area (Microsoft, Google, Snapchat, etc)
