It is a total bureaucratic. Who CEO would try to launch 30 products in 2021 when there was global pandemic in 2020. Retention rate is less than 25%. I have been working at Novanta for almost 8 years. During that time my workload has increased tremendously as Novanta acquires more companies and takes on new solutions.
