I love my job. It's difficult; I work hard. I have to learn new things in order to be successful. My boss sets a high bar and helps us achieve it. THis means there's constant growth and development. For this, I am compensated well and work with amazing people. What's not to love?

In general people try to help each other achieve their goals. Relatively little office politics. Leadership has strong moral compass and seems genuinely committed to employees, customers, and the community. It's refreshing.
