Petco keeps ramping up goals, targets, sales expectations, and pushing employees to sell vcp. There is no training to follow. There are no benefits for doing a good job, unless you consider continued employment with this company a benefit. They are testing lowering pay of there groomers right now

Training is a joke. They did not use any type if system or even have a consistent way to do any task, it just depended on who you worked with that day.

Well all leadership is new but the temp ones we have had from other store theres two supervisors and both were really good, two were gms. I was told by one if them no my opinion can not be taken into consideration-it was something that truly only affected me and change my entire week up.. not okay

They need to take accountability they need to provide structure they need to have proper documentation and they need to supply all of the necessary things to do the job and they need to listen to their employees when they are having issues and take corrective measures

i am expected to work part time salary for 40+ hours per week, i am never allowed my full lunch break, i am expected to start work the moment i enter the building regardless of shift time or if im clocked in, i do not get bathroom breaks most days, and i am expected to always stay late
