Lots of support with knowledge and staffing issues. Even upper management would step in to support when teams needed it.
Everyone loves animals. Since we see them all day long, we have fun things to discuss. This includes the customers who bring their pets in.

Petco really has no limits to hair, tattoos, piercings, nails, anything that comes to being expressive. As a groomer, and if you're willing to invest in yourself, you fan get a variety of your own tools and your station ends up being an extension of yourself.
As for me and the majority of our team always try to stay positive. When there is positive energy on the floor then a lot of the drama leaves.

Everyone loves animals. It's hard to stay mad when you get to play with ferrets everyday.

The people at my store. The company has good values but has lots of room for improvement when executing them. For example, higher pay. Repairing and updating stores in a timely fashion. For example, our break room has 0 locks while both restrooms have locks. Thefts have happened multiple times.

Every single one needs to adhere to the hand book. Follow procedures. Get rid of the current managers and start fresh.
