Petco Mission Statement
Our purpose is to improve the lives of pets, pet parents and Petco partners. Petco is a very special place to work. These values capture that spirit, outlining the behaviors that we expect from ourselves and each other as we—29,000 strong—continue to do the important work of improving lives. We've come far in our transformation into a health and wellness company for pets and pet parents, and these values reflect where we’ve been, what we stand for and where we’re going.

Petco's mission, vision & values motivate 55% of Petco employees.
