My personal store GM is fantastic and genuinely cares about their employees. The management team needs to work on communication. However their first priorities are always the animals and the employees so that's a plus.

Well all leadership is new but the temp ones we have had from other store theres two supervisors and both were really good, two were gms. I was told by one if them no my opinion can not be taken into consideration-it was something that truly only affected me and change my entire week up.. not okay

They need to take accountability they need to provide structure they need to have proper documentation and they need to supply all of the necessary things to do the job and they need to listen to their employees when they are having issues and take corrective measures

Listening to their workers. I understand corprate is corprate but sometimes you have to listen to what your employees are saying. My loction and other locations are in different areas. They don't make the same income. Realize that.
