So much work for a medium pay. Previous companies I worked for paid much better. I only chose Raytheon because I wanted a remote job.

Raytheon used to have merit based raises. The harder you worked, the more your raise was. New leadership determined that was unfair and went to equity based raises so if you are paid less because you were a low performer, you're now getting a larger raise than the high performers.

If there was actually a team mentality in the workplace I wouldn't feel undervalued, however everything is just thrown onto the lowest senority person which leads to high turnover and constant mental and physical exhaustion. Actually getting to see family and go home at a reasonable time would help.

I do more work than others, which includes training and maintaining quality work but still get paid the same as the new employees

I make less than people I train. I moved to a role with more opportunity, they paid the person I was training 20% more, she left and now 3 new people to backfill. 350% more cost to save giving me a 15% raise. Adjust pay to make loyalty worth it.

There is no way to progress in your career here without being shoehorned into a leadership position. Raises are based on performance relative to your peers, and the raises never exceed 3%. Even if you do more one year than the previous year, you can still get a smaller raise.

competitive pay with local defense competitors- RTX will not match nor will they get into a bidding war for talent. They will just take the next lower salary person - assuming they leave in a few years anyway...

Since the merger, everything has changed and company moral has declined. Annual raises and bonus decreased when inflation is all time high, insurance deductibles increased, company seems to be going backwards when everyone is quitting.
