Work a center and deal with angry and frustrated clients on a daily basis, be that person who gets abused everyday by clients and Regus and or even killed, and beaten to death by an angry tenant. When will Regus wake up and stop contributing to a society that is already being pushed and pulled.

What the leadership team can do to make things better is to prevent harassment and cultivate a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. Workplace bullying needs to be stoped. Employees and managers should be held accountable for their actions. This would help with the problem at Regus

Giving those who actually work in the center more authority. They have no idea what each center needs and they control everything. Also, give us more help. In our current staffing model we are constantly understaffed. And give your employees raises!
