What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewing was not overly involved.

the support from the CM - which you got rid off

The interviewers seemed positive enough.

Answering the questions. I always love to go into detail about the customer service environments I've been in.

It was faster than most. Application to hire date was approximately 3 weeks.

They only ask staged questions. Nothing to challenging.

They asked me questions that actually had to do with the job and not just random stereotypical interview questions

I liked that on the interview I was told what the job is about and what to expect, that tells you if yiu ate going to do it or not

Looking back it was way too easy for a position like this with so many responsibilities. No skills were tested. Interestingly, fluctuation is at it's highest
