Work a center and deal with angry and frustrated clients on a daily basis, be that person who gets abused everyday by clients and Regus and or even killed, and beaten to death by an angry tenant. When will Regus wake up and stop contributing to a society that is already being pushed and pulled.
What the leadership team can do to make things better is to prevent harassment and cultivate a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. Workplace bullying needs to be stoped. Employees and managers should be held accountable for their actions. This would help with the problem at Regus
