What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very engaging and very helpful

Leader ship team takes all direction from sales manager who only cares about sales and more sales.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, accountability, understanding data science and how to utilize

Everything, they hate it like us

Quitting their jobs so they're not complicit in supporting Regus in any way. It's a corrupt, pitiful company.

Managing people, they have absolutely no skill set when it comes to motivating their teams.

Being open and honest. Not taking advantage of team members for their own benefits.

Work a center and deal with angry and frustrated clients on a daily basis, be that person who gets abused everyday by clients and Regus and or even killed, and beaten to death by an angry tenant. When will Regus wake up and stop contributing to a society that is already being pushed and pulled.

What the leadership team can do to make things better is to prevent harassment and cultivate a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. Workplace bullying needs to be stoped. Employees and managers should be held accountable for their actions. This would help with the problem at Regus
