
Because there's typically two teammates at a center, we are able to run it based off our work ethics which can be good or bad. I made my location feel welcoming and the clients feel like family.

There is very rarely someone breathing down your neck about what to do next. A lot of the decisions of the center operations and design are purely based on the team that works there.

Company is restructuring and leaving centers to be run by one person that is burnt out. Centers need 2 qualified people running them.
They need to scrap the whole business model and leadership and start from scratch. It is a poorly run company and thats a massive understatement.

Require employees to take professional leadership classes to promote a safe and respectful workplace. Upper manager needs to send a undercover boss periodically to evaluate the centers, the employees and management.
