Wawa, Inc.: My experience has been good so far. But until recently. I had put a request in for pto. It got approved by my g.m. This request was made a month ahead of the time off. Come to find out 2 days before payroll is due that I am not getting it. Now this was a lack of my g.m. doing her job correctly.
The Home Depot: I love working at Home Depot. I you are hard worker the possibility to grow and develop your competence is high. Very good working atmosphere is there.

DURA Automotive Systems: The newer part of production/test start and end was going to be a flop eventually, worked there for a bit while it was good. Then new management came in.

The Michaels Companies: I find the workplace culture to be supportive and LGTBQ+ friendly. I have enjoyed being trained in multiple departments. It keeps me engaged and learning. However, they advertise competitive pay, but I am still at minimum wage after ~1 year and multiple denied raises. I will leave w/o a raise soon.
In-N-Out Burger: I love the dental and healthcare aid.
Taco Bell: I liked everything because the manager was kind at that time
Waste Management: health and educational benefits, employee stock options
BJ's Wholesale Club: Be one on one more. Person to person.
TaskUs: It's nice and fun. Although sometimes, it's draining, it's rewarding sometimes too.
Men's Wearhouse: When I got interviewed they just spoke to me in the front of the store, while customers where shopping and employees where working which made me uncomftorble.
Amazon: We have a great sense of humor. We use sarcasm a lot.

Walgreens: Simlify the questions. Train upper management to prove more so candidates feel more comfortable in the interview.
Marriott: Interacting with people from various places
Nordstrom: Insurance package set up for employees
JPMorgan Chase & Co: Technical, but brief and to the point.
Trader Joe's: Relating to the people interviewing me
HCA Healthcare: Timely call backs. Have manager available for interviews
Olive Garden: Anniversary pay along with discounts
Kroger: Out of the three grocery stores in the area it pays the least. I am only there part-time as I am not well and it gets me out of the house 3 days a week However it breaks my heart to see how hard my fellow employees work to be so poorly compensated

Trader Joe's: There is definitely a pay discrepancy between male and female workers. Women are undervalued. Will not raise pay for tenured employees even though new employees' starting wage is higher than the tenured employees' wages. Easier health ins. qualifications would make me feel more valued.

Oracle: Everything! Oracle has THE worst training programs, if you even get the opportunity to be trained. The mentality is "sink or swim," the execs care about numbers and not people. There's little to no diversity (extremely few women or minorities in sales leadership positions). Ideas are not welcomed.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: Pretty darn impressive benefits and financial goodies. Like they recently announced we can get vacation pay for a day during the month of our birthday with no subtraction from our accruals. The thing is after regular daily shifts most of us leave the building pretty grumpy.

And PTO is used to even out a forty-hour week, 35 hours they use 5 PTO

P.F. Chang's: I get along with everyone. We are all like family.
Safeway: I honestly hate that store. If you're a cashier or a courtesy clerk, you get treated like garbage. Unless one of management likes you. Then you get a free pass to harass any of your coworkers & get away with it

The Home Depot: Raises are offered to all hourly employees annually or semi-annually. These do not keep pace with inflation and it is difficult (but not impossible) to get merit-based raises.

UKG: I love not dealing with the corporate politics. Working from home is nice. I do work a little later but it averages out considering i dont have to commute every day.

Ipsos: Instead of just talking about it, actually act as though people are the most important part of the company. More collaboration and breaking down silos. Greater ownership and accountability. Too many, especially seniors, think they know it all and don't need to learn anymore. Arrogance and ego!
TP: So far all the necessities needed by an agent are being provided by the company specially their recreational facilities that helps us agent unwind before or after our shifts
TP: the best part for me was the account allowance and the bring a buddy program because it helps me to gain some extra cash for my future..
