Patients are limited on oxygen and can only have a set number of tanks, set by somone not on oxygen! Help your locations by being there! Offer real solutions. Pay managers better they deal with so much, go shadow them and see.

LEADING! I had to sit through hundreds of useless conference calls listening to Aaron talk about himself and Christian, who knows NOTHING, toot his own horn! they are "buddies" so he got good pay for little to no work! They offer no real solutions and micro manage irrelevant aspects of the location

Pay raises! They hire new employees at a higher rate than they pay seasoned employees. Their billing teams always find a way to make you miss your billing mark to avoid paying out bonuses. You will not EVER get a raise! I worked there 12+ yrs ALONE and quadrupeled the patient base STILL no raise
