Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, employee incentives, higher base pay, higher raises, cleaning house for management at the West CSC.

Employees do not receive raises, and are paid far less than comparable jobs in the area. Salary employees are in no way compensated for the number of hours they are required to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the diversity of our team! Love how we can have different opinions and present them or discuss them in a professional manner. We all work towards a common goal which is to provide the best experience for our patients and referrals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rotech is the most chaotic, horribly managed circus in town. No incentives/acknowledgement to work harder, but your entire team not being able to make the stringent minimum number metrics is cracked down on. "Arbeit macht frei?" At least they were told they'd get something...
