Micro managing from top to LCM level. They are constantly changing bonus structure to where you never get a bonus or very very minimal. Training is horrible. i wont say they dont try and train because they do in their way but it is not helpful at all. The only con is PTO but come back to a mess.
Try to be fair and customer focused
