I had surgery. Ordered a rental bed from Apria and after repeated phone calls and appointments made, still can't get anyone to pock the bed up!
the billing team has repeatedly confirmed they were sending me refund and it was never received spent over 2 hours on phone, told it was sent 3 times, told it was sent to the wrong address, told it was cashed, told would send again.
