Persist to let employees be informed about the trajectory of the business. Do not recognize the effort of some of their departments who over achieve. Allow unqualified,drunk,no socialable managers run this supposedly outstanding business.

They care to hear what improvements can be made in the field to make our jobs easier. Transparency is key and they are always looking for opportunities for growth.
I never had the chance to meet any of them.
I like that they consist of many different people who have different educational background.
The employees on tye ground are amazing heros in the trenches doing the best that they can under impossible circumstances.

My leader is right there when I need her and has my back when I need support. If I'm struggling with something she will pull her sleeves back and help me find a solution. She is quick to say thank you and very mindful when she provides me feedback. I very much appreciate her as well.

Integrity! Do as you say & say as you do. Treat ALL employees the same. Do not scold employees in public! Pay a fair wage. Considering the extreme daily stress, unreasonable expectations, fraudulent billing, lack of training/support, dishonest patient interactions, etc...we should make double!!!

Pay employees on time for starters
LEADING! I had to sit through hundreds of useless conference calls listening to Aaron talk about himself and Christian, who knows NOTHING, toot his own horn! they are "buddies" so he got good pay for little to no work! They offer no real solutions and micro manage irrelevant aspects of the location

Support the employees who are passionate about providing excellent patient care, and stop contributing to and allowing lazy dishonest work. Stop micromanaging your employees to exercise power and instead actually collaborate to find out how to best care for your patients and employees.
Training. Time and resource management. Maintain employee privacy. This location needs a new leader all together. Someone with experience in leading a Healthcare office.
Not treating patients and employees like numbers but as human beings
Communication and employee appreciation are nonexistent in this company. That needs to change.
