The resporatory therapist is amazing. He cares about the patients but I dont believe the RT's in other locations are near as good as the one in Show Low

We are skilling staff who have all been in the business anywhere from 6-25 years. We never stop learning and are always looking to come together to get projects completed quickly and accurately.

Even though they realize corporate is under delusion they keep going because we are strong locally when we can stay free from corporate demise.

My team is very knowledgeable, not just in our field but also with regard to our company. I'm always impress with how they think thorough their own actions and how others may be impacted by what they do like changes, communications, etc. They always put everyone else front of mind.

The people I worked with had my back when they realized the company was failing me as an employee.

How to treat and talk to other employees they are prejudice and very rude and sadly a customer told me on my first day to look for another job this was the worse company to be employed by and I should have listened but I was out with my supervisor that told the lady to go to another company

Employees suffer from unhappiness, watching management throw money away everywhere except on them

Co-workers at other locations are hard to deal with. They act like we're in competition instead of a team!

Better communcation, less toxic passive aggressive leadership and management; more dedication to patient care and more support from management to decrease burnout

Attitude - phone answering & communication skills. The vision to see what going the extra mile does to set us apart and how rewarding it is personally too!

There is little training provided to any staff member, and little professionalism.
