What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a lot of experience and talent
everyone wants a paycheck but nobody wants to work
The resporatory therapist is amazing. He cares about the patients but I dont believe the RT's in other locations are near as good as the one in Show Low
One of the best things about my team is how relatable everyone is. We have a supportive, open environment where it's easy to connect, share ideas, and ask for help. This fosters trust, collaboration, and a positive atmosphere that makes working together enjoyable.

Everyone but one person in office is exceptionally great at their jobs
My team is very knowledgeable, not just in our field but also with regard to our company. I'm always impress with how they think thorough their own actions and how others may be impacted by what they do like changes, communications, etc. They always put everyone else front of mind.

How to treat and talk to other employees they are prejudice and very rude and sadly a customer told me on my first day to look for another job this was the worse company to be employed by and I should have listened but I was out with my supervisor that told the lady to go to another company
Employees suffer from unhappiness, watching management throw money away everywhere except on them
Co-workers at other locations are hard to deal with. They act like we're in competition instead of a team!
Better communcation, less toxic passive aggressive leadership and management; more dedication to patient care and more support from management to decrease burnout
There is little training provided to any staff member, and little professionalism.
