What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a quarterly bonus based on measured goals. If I don't make those goals it is on my shoulders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is excellent at leading our company. They allow employees to grow their knowledge and move in to new positions and excel at what they do best.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They allow you to get to know them and the company while getting to know you. WE have a test process when someone is going to need certain computer skills so they know you are qualified or can be trained
