I like when they aren't around encouring new hires to enter patients homes without PPE gear. This happens since they think Covid is a hoax. Fortunately our management team is virtually non-existent, so the damage control isnt too bad. Who needs pesky Corporate, State, and VA orders, right?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO hours and Floating Holidays

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we sale a product, I would like to have it in stock and not in back order for months on end. This feels like We as a company can't deliver what is promised, so this reflects performance.

A 14 year Tech, with a CDL, is only making $1 an hour more than a new hire with no experience. That pretty much let's you know everything you need to know.

My voice is not important to anyone higher up. My location is not valuable other than the numbers seen. I have voiced my concern and nothing is done. My RM doesn't follow up with my AM or myself with issues, ideals or concerns I have. We are told to raise our hand but when I do, it does no good.

Needs to have more structure, more employees at locations and better ticketing system.
