Overworked and underappreciated. With the Covid-19 Pandemic, this is not a safe place to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Effective management. Leadership, of any kind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Incentive bonuses are nice, however, paying new hires more than tenured employees is disgraceful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Techs are working together to keep each other safe in spite of management encouraging clear violations to the safety of our, already compromised patients.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was down to earth and we had a great conversation. That was years ago, now they have a person who is not qualified, interviewing potential employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A 14 year Tech, with a CDL, is only making $1 an hour more than a new hire with no experience. That pretty much let's you know everything you need to know.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like when they aren't around encouring new hires to enter patients homes without PPE gear. This happens since they think Covid is a hoax. Fortunately our management team is virtually non-existent, so the damage control isnt too bad. Who needs pesky Corporate, State, and VA orders, right?
