A full package of benefits gives me as an employee comfort knowing that all of my needs are covered. Health, dental, vision, Life insurance and I can even carry insurance on my children. We have AFLAC as well as the option to do a FSA account.

We come together as we care about each other. We know what its like to work in a negative environment and we do our best to keep things up beat and happy.

Reputation - when larger companies buy smaller companies, older employees don't always show accurate depictions of the current company's vision. Often there is a misconception of the current company.
