What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe we get really good PTO benefits working here. Not many places have this kind of PTO.

You can see on who really wants to try and grow with a company and who would just view this as a job

We come together as we care about each other. We know what its like to work in a negative environment and we do our best to keep things up beat and happy.

I really enjoy working for Rotech as they truly do care about you as a person. I have worked for them for 7 years and plan to continue working for them as they truly are a great company to work for.
