How many women are in your team? is it diverse enough?

The team is largely men but there is a change being brought on and the diversity is improving ...slowly
It's almost 50-50. Yes it is very diverse.
There are plenty of women in my team and the lab is definitely diverse both from a gender and an ethnic standpoint. Even our current lab head is a lady.
What benefits does Samsung provide?
Nothing. It doesn't even pay you much

It needs to be improved. For the admins, there is one that knows what they're doing and the other coast. It's frustrating and not fair.
It's detrimental to your mental and physical health.

Always very welcoming and helpful, the goal being quick integration to the team and make the new developper as effective as possible quickly.

Better get into some other company. If not you need to be really good in playing politics in an organization
How are the dental insurance options at Samsung?
Really worst place to work. Your managers tend to play politics and you never get what you are worth. Your whole life depends on yearly ratings between 1 to 5. Your manager screws you up in the end of the year without any conversation and feedback. Working hours terrible. You are expected to work more than 12 hours. There is no appreciation for the work in case you do.
