Offer competitive compensation, value the staff, maintain quality communication. Have some common sense.

Listen to your people and fix the stupid attendance system. The fact that you guys are requiring people to put in overtime just to get meager points off (and 10 hours does not equal 1 point in my eyes) is sickening. You guys don't care if someone is sick, injured, or dying.
