They do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to making sure everyone gets their breaks and lunches. They always communicate any changes which is a huge plus!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Offer competitive compensation, value the staff, maintain quality communication. Have some common sense.

Listen to your people and fix the stupid attendance system. The fact that you guys are requiring people to put in overtime just to get meager points off (and 10 hours does not equal 1 point in my eyes) is sickening. You guys don't care if someone is sick, injured, or dying.

It needs better communication and accommodation for their employees
