it has been a positive one for the most part. There are times where i wish we would search more feedback from those that are experiencing the changes instead of just feeling it is working or making more changes without the feedback. There are time it seems we move to fast and need to slow down.

When you start looking at what other companies are paying in the same industry we seem to be below the average. We also dont pay cost of living increases based off where we live and feel that our people can just make it up in there commissions.
