Overall my experience has been positive. There are things I would change, and things I would keep the same; but all encompassing it has been a positive experience.

We really are a team, there's no infighting or competition. We do all we can to support each other and make decisions as a team and we prioritize having fun.

My direct leader is engaged, open to ideas, and cares about everyone on the team. ELT feels pretty far removed from my day to day, so I wouldn't say I have any reason to have something I like best about them.

The flexibility since Covid is far and away the most positive to me. Forcing your employees to be at a desk from 8-5 and not allowing any flexibility makes no room for a work/life balance. If ever we went back to that archaic set up, I'd most likely be looking for another opportunity.
