I have had a wonderful experience until 2022. I have no direct reporting manager and I feel as though the company is not supporting my team as they once did. With all of the changes to the HR leadership recently, I fear we are losing our culture and heading solely for cash grabbing and sales.

Town Halls. Somewhere to express our concerns and ask questions. I have no management and I feel like my team and role is slowly getting pushed out. I have no visible support.
